PortraitNova provides AI-powered professional headshot generation services.

We transform your uploaded photos into professional headshots using artificial intelligence technology. Results may vary based on input photo quality and individual characteristics.

The Service is provided on a subscription basis with various plan options and image credit systems.

You must provide accurate and complete registration information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You may only upload photos of yourself or with explicit permission from the subject.

You may not upload inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content.

You may not attempt to reverse engineer or misuse our AI technology.

You may not use our Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis for Professional plans.

Starter plan is a one-time payment for the specified number of images.

Image credits are non-refundable once successfully used for generation.

In case of service discontinuation within 12 months of purchase, eligible customers may receive pro-rated refunds at our discretion.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

You retain ownership of photos you upload to our Service.

You own full commercial rights to all generated headshots.

Our AI technology, algorithms, and Service remain our intellectual property.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology.

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Original photos are automatically deleted within 24 hours of processing.

Generated images remain in your account while the service operates.

You have the right to download and export all your generated images at any time.

In case of service discontinuation, we will provide data export tools during the notice period.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects Service availability.

Service availability is subject to ongoing business operations and technical feasibility.

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service access for existing customers.

In the event of service discontinuation, we will provide 90 days advance notice.

We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions or discontinuation.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or outcome of AI-generated results. AI technology has inherent limitations and results may not meet individual expectations.

Use of our Service is at your own risk.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will be immediately revoked.

Certain provisions of these terms will survive termination.
